Contact forms

When visitors contact us via the contact form on, we collect the data shown in the form and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. We keep data collected via the contact form indefinitely for customer service purposes. We use your information to send you information that you have requested, respond to an inquiry, or to facilitate the use of our service offering.


If you leave a message on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. Security Logs

The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged-in users, and username of login attempts are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and to protect the site from specific kinds of attacks. Examples of conditions when logging occurs include login attempts, logout requests, requests for suspicious URLs, changes to site content, and password updates. This information is retained for 60 days.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, Administrators can access consumer information like your name and email address. Our team members have access to this information to reply to messages as well as set up meetings, interviews and events.

Third-parties who have access

This site is built and hosted in Webflow. Webflow itself has many built-in security measures in place to secure their websites from cyber threats.

Webflow has the following built-in features: Two factor authentication, Single sign on (SSO) capabilities with G suite Single sign on (internal based on plan tier), Role based permissions, Free SSL certificate (encryption), Backups and versioning of data (automatic), Threat scanning: Automated threat scanning. Think of this as anti-virus but at the enterprise level. Encryption: Webflow use SSL certificates and all encryption is TLS 1.2. All communication between Webflow users and Webflow-provided web is encrypted in transit while using an application. All databases and database backups are encrypted at rest.

How long we retain your data

Security logs are retained for 180 days. Backups of security log details are retained for 21 days.

What rights you have over your data

If you have sent a message through a form on the website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
